Have you found a bug in the app? Please don't leave a bad review on the appstore. Please email us and for the time being, reset the app: Press the Home button twice, then scroll to our app icon, hold your finger down for 2 seconds and close it. Then restart the app.
No sound? Check that the mute button has not been activated. The mute button is on the side of your device, next to the volume buttons. You also might have muted the sound on the task bar: double tap the home button, and scroll your app icons all the way to the right. You will now see the sound controls.
Does your child switch apps while touching the screen? On the iPad and iPhone, you can disable the 'Four or five finger swipe gesture.' Go to Settings > Multitasking > Turn it Off.
